Meet Ross

Although this Healthy Living Technologies website is new, Ross has been involved with these technologies since 1997 when indoor air purification technology that replicates nature’s own processes was in the early stages of Development. In 1966, he earned a B.S. Degree from the University of New Hampshire with intensive studies in biology, chemistry and forestry, as well as a commission in the U.S. Army. He continued his studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Masters Degree in Wildlife Management in 1969. His thesis, “Deer-Car Accidents in Southern Michigan,” was subsequently published in the Journal of Wildlife Management.

Upon completion of the Masters Degree, he was called to active duty with the Army Corps of Engineers. In 1970, he was promoted to the rank of Captain and awarded his wings as an Army Fixed Wing Aviator. In 1971-72 he served in Vietnam with the 74th Reconnaissance Airplane Company where he was awarded an Air Medal and a Bronze Star. In 1972, he transitioned into rotary-wing aircraft, and completed his service in 1973 at the U.S. Army Engineer Command Headquarters, Europe in Frankfurt as the Equipment Management Officer for the Engineer Facilities located throughout West Germany.

Over the next several years, Ross held several positions involving sales, inventory management, and business management & ownership. During these years he also served his community leading several different organizations including the local Cub Scout Troop and a Sportsmen’s Association he organized. It wasn’t until 1997 that he found an exciting niche marketing air & water purification technologies. Since then, he has been a certified “Indoor Air Quality Specialist” through his affiliation with four companies.

Healthy Living Technologies accurately describes what we offer. It is our goal to affiliate with individuals and professionals to promote these quality-of-life enhancing appliances all over the U.S.A.
